Which Means that every single King Of Fighters/Fatal Fury Character that scales to it doesn't anymore.

Which is pretty much everyone.

All Fatal Fury/King Of Fighters Characters should Get downgraded to Unknown in Speed until we get Canon Speed Feats to judge them by.
