Faster than Precognition

general question, no specific verse.
How fast would you be if someone (24/7and perfectly) see the future via precognition (no 5 second limit or anything) can't see someone who is able to move so fast via raw speed that he is faster than precognition. Basically faster than someone who can see the future, moving to fast than even looking into the future you can't see him.

If the precognition still follows the limits of the precog user’s reaction/perception speed, and you literally mean the person is too fast to be seen, then you’d just need to be enough faster than their perception that you were invisible to them.
If they’re doing something like moving through time to avoid the precog, that’s immeasurable, but that would need more evidence than what’s described here.
If they’re not doing that, and you mean that the effects of their actions can’t be seen rather than just their appearance, then they’d just have unconventional resistance to precog.

No matter how much accurate the precogn may be, character still requires speed in order to process the information. Precognition merely give an advantage in combat, not nullify any speed different it could exist.
