False Dark Genie Upgrade?

So the False Dark Genie is High 7-C for lifting Dark Heaven Castle. However he also created a massive storm cloud that covered a massive area surrounding the castle and farther away.

While piloting the Sun Giant, one of it's crew stated that they've been flying through the thick cloud for some time. Note that the entirety of the cloud is so thick, human beings are able to land on it and can't push through it. The exact size of the cloud is unknown but it's far larger than the castle. I heard the lower storm clouds are Low 7-B, would this be an upgrade?.

This would scale to False Dark Genie, Seda (Dark Cloud), and Sun Giant.

At 1:33 Osmond states the castle is surrounded by a thick cloud created by dark energy.

At 6:43 we see the Sun Giant traveling through the thick cloud and at 6:55 Osmond states that the cloud is pretty thick and wonders how deep it goes.

They continue to fly until 7:17 then we see Dark Heaven Castle surrounded by this cloud. The Dark Genie made this cloud to cover the entire castle in an omnidirectional thick cloud that was so thick they needed the Sun Giant to pass through it and even they were flying fast, they took some time to get through the storm cloud so I think we can use the lowest storm cloud calc which is Low 7-B.
