The worst thing Barem can do is try to burn Kaneki, as that will force him to transform into Scolopendra form and destroy all the hybrids.
Reze can knock Kaneki back for a while with her explosions, but she often makes physical contact with the enemy and will be instantly torn apart. The same goes for Samurai Sword and Flamethrower. At best, they'll be supported by Quanxi, but either way, it'll turn into a duel between her and Kaneki.

Katana Man would get outskilled by Ken, I think, but he is a good distraction until Ken unlocks his Kakuja

Quanxi is the one I see being the most threatening, and Barem would be a good backup unless Ken isolates and targets him. Also, I think Barem would have a hard time hitting Ken due to his higher AOE affecting his own allies.

The way I see it, Reze gets taken out, Quanxi and Katana put Ken on the back foot until he activates the Kakuja and forces Quanxi to transform. Katana Man dies, and Barem, upon seeing Quanxi losing, becomes an asshole (in-character) and blows up Ken while he is distracted by Quanxi. Quanxi survives but is too injured to stop Ken from killing her. Meanwhile, Barem is cooked, not realizing Ken was durable enough to tank his blast and gets rekt.

Going Kaneki here, he in character grabs people with his Kagune, and him having such a massive advantage with LS, I'd reckon he one shots the weaker ones like Rize, Barem and Katana Man. Kaneki is used to fighting several people at the same time, and will attack from blind spots, like behind, beneath etc. Kaneki also grows stronger the more damage he takes, the more RC pathways will open up for him causing his power level to spike even higher.
