Ethan can take arguably more damage, but Abby is physically stronger. Both are about as similar in skill, with Abby edging out in CQC. Ethan has arguably better equipment….

Ethan has poison rounds to wear her down plus pretty good regen, so I do agree that Ethan probably has the slight edge
