Eternal Champion VS Shinnok

Was this made before Shinnok was downgraded? The EC one shots with any attack because he stomps 60 tons, so Shinnok would have to immediately open with amulet sealing. Which against non gods he doesn’t do. Also the EC is passively invisible and silent, so Shinnok only vaguely knows he’s there due to SBA (which I find really dumb since SBA makes those abilities literally useless against anyone willing to go for nuking everything).
The EC is probably more skilled, he’s better than 99% of an entire empire, an empire that has skill feats like: defeating a group of armed people while naked and weaponless, or defeating a large amount of arena opponents while poisoned, or people that can cause nuclear explosions through sheer skill (Though I’m not sure if that feat would scale to the EC because that feat of skill comes from later games in the series).
