Esdeath vs Kula Diamond

Since my last KoF vs AGK thread didn't get added due to it being in the blitz area, I'd say this is a good makeup matchup between these two blue haired ice killers.

Anyway, Speed is Equal this time around and Ice Storm is not restricted.

Well, we are practically saying that if you restrict it its inconclusive if you don't restrict it Esdeath wins unless Kula can control her ice soldiers herself like mold them as Gray could.

Pretty sure Esdeath can't use her ice soldiers if she's using Commander and Chief...

Not sure about that I would probably go for a no as well as she didn't use them normally still again if she can't use those I go for inconclusive.

I think Kula takes this pretty convincingly. She spent most of the NESTS saga hunting down and killing superhumans (escaped NESTS projects) as well as destroying entire space battle stations. Taking care of Esdeath's ice soldiers would barely qualify as the challenge for her. I doubt they both can beat each other using only their ice powers, so I think the way it would go down is after they use all their ice-based attacks against each other, they would turn to a close combat and that is where Esdeath would find herself vastly overwhelmed.
