I'm assuming that you mean Strange with Gorath's powers?
If so, i'd say Eru takes it handily in either form, as he's (at the very, base bare minimum) effortlessly 2-C while Strange is just 2-c.
Also, AFAIK, there's nothing Strange can do that Eru cant.
However, it could be argued that Eru won't fight back even if he is attacked.

My vote is on Eru ftra (Omniscience, being likely far above 2-C, likely being able to negate Strange's low-goldy regen, etc.)
