Wait how does McCree have higher tier weaponry then Black? Doesn't Black have a more diverse aresenal then McCree or am I missing something?

As for durability. I recall both of them having the same Durability (Wall Level).

McCree is able to affect heavily armored targets like Winston, who defeated Doomfist, a villain who was supposedly able to level a skyscraper. This is further corroborated by the fact that Tracer's bombs might just be Building level.
