To be fair, thats from people using ODM gear, who have very limited "flight" capabilities in aerial combat.WeeklyBattles said:

Im going Inconclusive here. Kirito may not be able to damage Eren due to hardening (which we're kind of assuming Eren will be busting out before Kirito slashes him. Speed is equalized, so it comes down to what would happen first), but Eren will not be able to touch Kirito who can simply use flight to stay far out of his range of attack to remain safe.

@Kukui A couple things:
1. This version of Kirito lacks ranged attacks as well. He's have to get in range to be able to actually damage Eren.
2. Given the fact that he now has the powers of the Warhammer Titan, Eren will be getting ranged capabilities as well as long range melee attacks in the very near future.
3. Yes Eren will bust out Hardening if he sees Kirito trying to attack him with swords. Its basically instinctual for him at this point.

1.) Oh yeah I know, I didn't deny this.
2.) Yes but the problem is because Kirito has actual true flight with fairy wings, even with speed equalized, he'd see everything coming and would be much more agile in dodging whatever Eren could throw at him.
3.) I didn't deny this either. What I said was, because speed is equalized, we would have to determine what would happen first. Kiritos slashing or Eren's hardening. I never denied Eren using the hardening ability, I just questioned him using it before Kirito actually hits him.
The basis of my argument pretty much comes down to Flight and endurance. Because of hardening, Kirito will not be able to damage Eren. And if Eren can use it before Kiritos blades cut him, then that seals it. However, what Kirito can still do is use his flight to gain agile and aerial advantages to get out of Erens attack range and dodge pretty much anything he can throw. This would keep happening until one's stamina runs out and tires.
