Equestria Girls speed upgrade

In the last scenes of Equestria Girls: Spring Breakdow, we see Rarity, Fluttershy, Pinkie Pie, and other characters all react to lightning several times. Here, here, here and here. Over 4 instances of the characters reacting to lightning in the same film. Problem is, they don't really move much, but they clearly see the lightning coming as soon as it starts, in fact, in the final sequence, none of the characters duck for cover until the lightning actually appears, so they're not predicting it or anything.

I tried calcing it but theirs nothing really to calc, but it shows that their reaction speed is comparable to the lightning itself.

Theirs also a scene in Rollercoaster of Friendship where Rarity reacts to a phone flash which I did manage to calculate at Sub-Rel here.

So I think Sub-Relativistic Equestria Girls is possible, wth a Massively Hypersonic+ low end.

Neutral on sub-relativistic. But if there were some calcs in regards to the lightning, I'd be willing to accept any results you get from it.

Like I said, they can't really be calced since they don't really move, but they do see it coming as soon as it comes out of the clouds, meaning their reactions are comparable to the lightning.

I think you could, but what I'm thinking of would be pretty convoluted. Also difficult to visualize.

Didn't Rarity already have her hand up? In the video when we see Vignette place her phone in front of Rarity, Rarity has her arms up before she presses the button. You might be able to say she raised her shield at the same time or after Vignette pressed her button, and scale the shield to magic speed but that'd require a re-calc.

I'm pretty iffy on the Sub-Relativistic+ calculation, but the Massively Hypersonic stuff via reacting to lightning might be plausible. But I prefer to see how fast they move in comparison to the lightning.
