Not really. Goblins are used to dealing with mages and warriors. Their tactics mostly involve hit and run in order to better increase the chances of their curse kicking in so even if the moles can dodge good, they just need to be in combat for the curse to occur

Also because they're in a city, there are tall buildings for the Goblins to hide at to prevent the moles from digging towards them
