Enhanced Senses page wording

Enhanced Senses page says "Enhanced senses are when a user has physical senses such as sight, smell, hearing, and touch far above what is normal for the user's species.", far above what is normal for the user's species, Doesn't this sound strange? For example this dog and this bear have Enhanced Senses on their profile, but how does a bear have better senses than, other bears? Shouldn't the wording be like "far above what is normal for humans", since it's only enhanced from a human perspective?
