Do we have any particular formula we use for figuring out the AP of an energy beam based on its size/volume alone?

Would there be some kind of alternative i.e explosion calc?

Pretty much a feat where an entire area is occupied by a concentrated energy blast/beam, but no damage is actually done

just an explosion calc with low PSI?

No, because there's no explosion being formed. An energy blast isn't an explosion

So what would you say would be the best way about calcing it?

If the energy beam doesn't leave behind a noticeable impact, it's incalculable

The best you can do is calculating the amount of destruction it caused, but the beam by itself is not calculable.
