Angsizing Formula Not Giving Degrees

I'm trying to use the angsizing formula on the page but it keeps giving me rads instead of degrees. How do I fix this?

Make sure your calculator is calculating the atan and tan in degrees, not radians.

Im pretty sure the results are the same anyway. When you put it into google, try the equation without adding the "deg" part.

removing the deg gives a different result and shows that it calculated that part in rads

• Distance from point of view to object = object size * panel height in pixels/[object height in pixels*2*tan(70deg/2)]
• Object size = 2*tan(70deg/2) * distance from point of view to object * object height in pixels / panel height in pixels

but the page says

You already use degrees in the calculation. It's just result is in radians so you'll convert it.
