Endermite vs Jagras

I don't know exactly but it scales to the Zamtrios 9-A key that can freeze humans. I'm not sure of the exact calculation
 
So Jagras is 21688065 joules while endermite is 69000000, already it has a head start with the AP. They don't really have notable hax so this is a fight for AP, which I'm inclined to say Endermite.
