Empathic manipulation and healing for Talion?

Hello everyone, I wanted to know if you thought it was legit to add these powers to Talion's list since he can enrage controlled uruks and ologs. Also he has the power to heal controlled uruks and ologs (by sacrificing a part of his own health).
 
This seems fine.
 
Empathic Manipulation is redundant because it's just the way he mind controls them I think.

Healing is fine
