Emma Frost vs Satoru Gojo

I don't know a lot about the marvel comics version, but I'm wondering about thenlore accurate marvel rivals version of Emma. Could she beat Gojo?

She could mind control gojo and make him turn off infinity, but i don't think she can kill him or KO him with out turning on diamond form. And that means her mind control is deactivated right? So gojo turns infinity back on and she can't do anything. And is she immune to unlimited void be used that is mind damage and she's immune to mind control in diamond form?

I think it would probaly not work as well. gojos is low high 7-c physically and low 7-b with reversal red and emma would probaly be possibly High 6-A like the other marvel rivals profiles. She has some mind shenanigans in that too that should work as well.
