Horus
ChaosHorus
Powers and Stats

Tier: At least 4-B, likely far higher

Name:
Horus, Warmaster of Chaos

Origin: Warhammer 40,000

Gender: Male

Age: At least several centuries by the time of his death

Classification: Chosen Champion of Chaos Undivided, Warmaster of Chaos

Powers and Abilities: Superhuman Physical Characteristics, Immortality (Types 1, 3, and 4), Regenerationn (Low-Mid), Psychic abilities, Daemonic protection granted by the Chaos Gods which grants extreme resistance to all physical, magic, mind, and soul attacks, Extreme resistance to heat and pressure, Immunity to disease and toxins, Precognition, Telepathy, , Soul Manipulation, Energy Manipulation, Reality Warping, Power Nullification

Attack Potency: At least Solar System level (Far stronger than he was before, murdered Sanguinius with little effort. Much greater in power than beings such as Teturact, who could warp an entire solar system, including the space between planets, and beyond with his influence.), likely far higher (While the Emperor was initially holding back due to not wishing to fight his favored son, Horus still broke through his defenses and managed to beat the Emperor to near death, crippling him and forcing him to be put on permanent life support on the Golden Throne)

Speed: Massively FTL+ reactions/close combat speed (Able to fight and land many deadly blows against the Emperor)

Lifting Strength: At least Class T+, likely higher with psychic amps

Striking Strength: At least Solar System Class, likely far higher

Durability:
At least Solar System level, likely far higher (Took many hits from the Emperor, Was only killed when his father fired an extremely potent psychic attack right through him and the Chaos Gods, for reasons unknown, withdrew their influence). Protection from the Chaos Gods provides many extra degrees of defense.

Stamina: Likely limitless due to the blessings received from the Chaos Gods

Range: The same, likely much higher with psychic powers

Standard Equipment:

  • Worldbreaker: Horus wields a Power Maul larger than a human being, easily capable of smashing ceramite to pieces. It signifies his rank as Warmaster and was given to him as a gift by the Emperor upon achieving this rank.
  • Warmaster's Talon: On his right hand, Horus wears a unique Lightning Claw with a built-in bolter similar to the Storm Bolters currently used by the Imperium. It was supposedly recovered from planet Cthonia and is a relic of the Dark Age of Technology. After Horus turned to Chaos, the Talon was stained with the blood of many, including Sanguinius and the Emperor himself. It is currently worn by Abaddon the Despoiler.
  • Serpent's Scales: Over the years, Horus' unique suit of Terminator Armour was improved upon by the forces of the Imperium and the traitorous Dark Mechanicus, alike. It proved to be effective at nullifying the damage from all types of attacks, be they esoteric in nature or simply pure brute force.
Intelligence: A combat genius, confident in his own incredible skills yet still humble and knowing of what he can improve. Even after being promoted to Warmaster, Horus believed Sanguinius to be more worthy of the position than himself.

Weaknesses: None notable
Elder Titan
The elder titan by frost0016-d7twzmx
==Powers and Stats==

Tier: 4-B, likely higher

Name:
Elder Titan, The One

Origin: Dota 2

Gender: Male

Age: Older than the Universe

Classification: Titan, Worldsmith, Creator of the Fundamental Forces

Powers and Abilities: Superhuman Physical Characteristics, Immortality (Types 1, 4, 8, and 9), Regenerationn (Mid-Godly), Matter Manipulation (Up to and including reducing matter to subatomic particles), Reality Warping, Spatial Manipulation, Mind Manipulation, Soul Manipulation, Earth Manipulation, Physics Manipulation, Creation, Astral Projection, Can summon alternate versions of himself from other planes, Can amplify his speed, Non-Corporeal, Abstract Existence

Attack Potency: Solar System level (Created the Four Fundamental Forces during the Schism, when he divided the forces of the universe)

Speed: Likely Infinite (The Fundamentals' existence predate time itself), otherwise Nigh-Omnipresent (He simultaneously exists in each of the seven planes at once)

Lifting Strength: Unknow

Striking Strength:
Solar System Class

Durability:
Solar System level

Stamina:
Limitless

Range: Universal, Cross-dimensional travel and summoning

Standard Equipment: Worldsmith's Hammer

Intelligence: Extremely high (Titans were some of the first beings in existence and and played a crucial role in forging reality to the point where manipulating matter became too simple for them. They then used their power to manipulate reality on themselves, sharpening their minds and strengthening their bodies. Even amongst these highly intelligent beings, Elder Titan was considered a great innovator, honing his skills at the forge of creation.)

Weaknesses: He has a limited supply of mana with which to cast spells, his spells have cooldown periods, during which time they cannot be cast (Both are highly exaggerated in-game for gameplay balance purposes).

Notable Attacks/Techniques:

  • Basic Attack: Elder Titan bashes his opponent with his hammer.
  • Echo Stomp: Elder Titan and his Astral Spirit both stomp the ground, damaging and knocking nearby enemy units unconscious around their locations. The Elder Titan stomp deals physical damage, while the Spirit stomp deals magical damage.
  • Astral Spirit: Elder Titan sends forth his Astral Spirit, damaging any units it passes through. When the spirit rejoins the Titan, it grants bonus damage and movement speed for each unit it damaged.
    • Return Astral Spirit: Returns the Astral Spirit to Elder Titan.
  • Natural Order: Reduces all elements to their basic levels, removing base armor and magic damage resistance from nearby enemy units.
  • Earth Splitter: Sends forth a jagged crack in front of Elder Titan. After 3 seconds, the crack implodes, slowing movement while dealing damage to each enemy based on their maximum life. Half of the damage dealt is Magical damage, while the other half is Physical damage.
As per Gargoyle's request. In character, no prior knowledge or prep time, Speed Equalized. Who wins?

Elder Titan - 0

Horus - 0

Inconclusive - 0

Horus negates Mid Godly, but he doesn't have a way past Type 8.

However, he's FAR superior in AP, is incredibly skilled, and his armor protects him from most of Titan's stuff, and should allow him to eventually KO the Titan.

Voting Horus

.....I see.

Well then...

I may switch my vote to the Elder Titan....But now this might actually be another stomp....

I'll have to see what Azzy thinks.

@Gargoyle

He doesn't really have a set value, but it was enough to brutalize this guy while said guy was trying to stay on the defensive.

So probably "just barely below 4-A" levels of 4-B. Though you could probably make the argument for a 4-A higher-end.

Would it be fair to restrict those feats here since they essentially make him 4-A or does he not have other feats that would make this a fair fight?

Well, like I said those are really the only two notable feats he has after being fully empowered by the Chaos Gods. Without that it's likely even more vague, as it just becomes "much stronger than before".

So this is either "Horus is strong enough to be in a higher tier entirely" or "Horus is weaker to the point that this is a stomp"?

Great :/

Meeeeeh i just wanna find a fair matchup for Elder Titan...and im guessing Chaos Knight vs Kharn is a stomp too

The upgrade made ET a powerhouse between the Tier 4. The protection from the Chaos Gods is fairly impressive but can Horus kill him for good? I don't think is a hax stomp but more like a hax stalemate. I'd vote inconclusive since both cannot defeat each other
