Elden Ring Light speed upgrade

Hello, this is my first post on here so I apologize if this is formatted poorly. Anyways, as the title says Elden Ring might deserve a light speed upgrade. The new dlc weapon Radahn Greatsword(Light) has an Ash of War called Light speed Slash. The description for this ash of war states that you move at the speed of light during the attack. Obviously, as the Tarnished reacts to this attack in both the boss fight and in PvP he should probably have either SoL combat speed or SoL reaction speed. Furthermore, the dlc likely takes place before Farum Azula so characters like Maliketh and Placidusax should probably scale too. Like I said this is my first post so I'm not sure how to link the description, but you can easily find the weapon and it's description on Fextralife.

PvP he should probably have either SoL combat speed or SoL reaction speed.

It's been calced as a Sub-Rel feat. You won't be able to get SoL because Radahn/the Ash of War covers a far greater distance than the Tarnished does when blocking or parrying it.
