Technically, the LoC assistants can be spawned indefinitely throughout Multiversal by UM. But that probably count as outside help in vs thread. The BFR you mentioned sounds like sending you to different space-time entirely. Sayaka can only open a portal to another dimension in same space-time.

Because you can create a portal from within the dimension you trapped in not with a magic/power, but by basically punching them, or in Kyoko case, throwing her spear at some object.

Also, Magical Girls resists powernul anyway.
