Dyson Sphere?

Hey there. So, I'm not sure if the wiki is ever interested in Dyson spheres in spite of the concept being found in many forms of pop culture. Basically, the idea of a Dyson sphere is it's a sphere that encompasses a star and draws in a lot of its power output. If such a structure were to be built, what tier would it be in? And what would it be capable of elsewhere?
