Alright then, most of what Ras Nsi can do is found here

So, most of Ras Nsi's dangerous spells require at least 1 minute of concentration though unlike Weiss, Kyle doesn't outrange him in a significant way. And while he can be pretty evasive, Ras Nsi does have feats against creatures like him. I think he'll probably win this one

Also, can you put in the tags for the characters and the verses please? You can edit it right now you know, on that tag-shaped button next to the date on the OP

Yes, but D and D grenades are one of those "half as much on a failed save" things, which indicates that very few people in the verse have trained to completely avoid them. That's technically game mechanics, but I'm pretty sure that's the canon reason for it anyway.

OK, another spell he has that is instantaneous is Blindness/Deafness, pretty useful against an enemy that relies on precision

Perfect. Considering the amount of saves made, he should be able to keep that up for a couple of turns. Is Ras gonna go in for the Flame Tongue then?
 
Oh, ok. But trust me, the order of these moves is very important.
Yeah yeah, I know. Blindness would be best though he would likely either follow it up with deafness or go for constrict or melee

Or better, use those concentration spells since now Kyle is incapacitated
