Durability Question

Say if a character could use an attack that destroy an entire world/earth, but it was states the power so strong he can only tank half the attack (The Attack last for 10 seconds, he can independently tank the 5 second attack, but the last 5 he need other external force to back up his durability) are we still list his durability=attack Potency created? Or we split it like 5 second independent 10 second via external force? Or what.

For attacks that work on a Joules/second form, we simply use the energy per second value for AP/Durability.
