If you react to it properly and that character themself can and did use infinite speed against you but you still beat them, then sure.

Depends, If you were able to react the opponent speed and act along with it then eventually defeat the person; you'd get his speed.

Not necessarily, but most likely yes. Just because you beat an infinite speed does not automatically give you infinite speed. Maybe you beat them with immeasurable passive hax. Regardless, reacting to or fighting them in any way would scale you to infinite speed, as to compete with any degree of infinite, you need to be infinite too.

Power-scaling dictactes that you'd scale above them, unless you got some weird passive hax on standby.
