Duke Nukem Vs Jar Jar Binks

"Fight/Battle" takes place on Mustafar, both Duke Nukem and Jar Jar Binks are in Character. Duke Nukem is armed with a pair of .45 Cal Magnums and an Indestructible Long Sword. Jar Jar Binks is armed with a pair of Blastor Pistols and a Light Saber. Winner by the death of the opponent, who wins and why?

Uhhh not that I know of, at least I dont remember ever seeing that in the movies... But if he was Duke would die a horrible horrible death.
