DSP sure seems to prefer reboot to new games, but lore infos are still good (I'll be using Pau-san's translation which they posted on reddit, since the reboot is still in japanese).
Basically, Satanick created Wadanohara's world , including the Sea, Sky and Earth in addition to the Pitch Black World. He added life as well as stars from the "windows of Heaven"
Now, this is the Sea before it was divided in 2, with on one side the "normal Sea", and on the other the "Sea of Death", each part is his own world , and world in DSP verse usually refers to universes.
Now, if you find it weird that Wadanohara's world encompass at least 2 universes of its own, it should be noted that it's a world especially big and that Siralos also was implied to have created both his main world and the underworld of it, which would make another 2-C feat. Also creating universes wasn't especially considered as a huge feat for Gods/Devils, with Reficul not caring if Ivlis destroys multiple worlds.
In addition to this, Reficul's world is also stated to contain multiples worlds by Lowrie, which would make at least 3 worlds containing multiples ones.
As such, it would upgrade the gods and devils of the verse to 2-C, scaling to Satanick, Reficul, and maybe Siralos.
