Speed: Massively Hypersonic+ combat/reaction and travel speed (breath weapon is lightning, of which comparable characters like Rex Igneous could dodge, "Avizandum could also transform his body into lightning, arriving instantaneously in a deafening crash, and utterly destroy anything in his path") scroll down to map and hover over the 5th point, is very clearly not hyperbole as wording is very specific*
Lifting Strength: At least class 25 via sheer size, likely far higher ("Zubeia informs Zym about how Avizandum once dragged a great thunderstorm across half of Xadia to end a drought in the Far Reaches) (class T with magic? might have been magic and not physical)

Attack Potency: At least athletic human level (Is an athletic human, can carry Rayla while flying, though this could be a strength Amp from the spell), At least Building level, up to at least small town level with magic, likely higher (Can shoot lightning, which carries 1.6 billion joules, can use Aspiro Frigis, can make a sail ship faster with wind magic, should be at least equal to the explosive arrows that Aaravos was hit with, made an explosion this big with a non-attack oriented spell)
Speed: Athletic Human moving speeds (Is an athletic human) up to at least superhuman, possibly subsonic with Manus. Pluma. Volantus. (allows him to fly for long distances at high speeds, went high enough into the sky that took a while to fall down), At least Supersonic reactions (Shifted his hair upwards faster than the eye could see, comparable to Claudia who reacted to a flying orb that could wrap the world in one night and be back by morning, which warrants this), possibly Massively Hypersonic+ combat/reactions (Can shoot lightning, is an Archmage who should be comparable to other Archmages like Ziard who could tag the Archdragon Sol Regem, and only got hit because the attack was too large to move out of the way of)
Lifting Strength: At least Peak Human physically, up to at least class 25 with magic, likely higher (could support both his own weight and Rayla while flying, the forces needed to fly the way he does should warrant this, has access to Aspiro Frigis, a spell that could temporarily hold Avizandum, has spells that can make a sail ship faster with wind, comparable to Claudia who could restrain Rex Igneous)
Striking Strength: At least Athletic human level (is an athletic human, same reasoning for AP)

Attack Potency: Town level physically (Inferior, but still in the same league as Archdragons), At least Town level, up to Star level with magic, at least City level upon death (could cast a spell that blocked out the sun, is a Startouched elf, a race who are implied to supernova upon their death which was demonstrated with Leola, Aaravos's death caused an explosion that seemingly vaporized the 3 remaining Archdragons and covered the city of Lux Aurea)
Speed: At least Superhuman, possibly subsonic moving speeds via sheer size(traveled to Lux Aurea in an unknown timeframe, with Massively Hypersonic+ combat/reactions (Can presumedly use lightning, fought the Archdragons fairly evenly speed wise, Startouched elves are seen as equally godly in comparison to Archdragons), possibly Sol with strongest spells (shot a beam that corrupted the sun by reaching it in 5-ish seconds seemingly only slightly extended for dramatic effect so light speed)
Lifting Strength: At least Class 25 (could hold back Avizandum, and Zubeia for a short time with his physical strength, held back Rex Igneous albeit at a disadvantage), Far higher with magic
Striking Strength: At least Town level

Magic, Jezus just go to the Dragon Prince wiki I aint writing all this sheit, he has like, all the magic but you get the point, worth noting that he's one of few who don't need to say the incantation for a spell, alongside the Archdragons
I'm hoping that this will jumpstart the overhauling on The Dragon Prince's page, cuz I think the verse is really interesting and deserves more love, and the lack of profiles is pitiful. Also there are a lot of feats that need to be calced that I just can't do, aside from the sun corruption beam, which could be a little more exact if you want a more precise answer. (I think it was a little over)
