Logically, the dude should be strong enough at least to support his own weight, and he dwarfs Tohru's building-sized dragon form considerably.

That's definitely beyond Class 10, but I'm not sure yet just how much beyond. Is there a way to calculate how much he'd weigh, or should I go with a logical assumption like Class M?

Well it seems like no one is interested and considering dragons don't exist IRL it'd probably be nearly impossible to calc reliably. So I think I'll go with Class M if that's alright.
