Okay, so here's the deal. At a glance, Misako scales to around 0.0401 tons of TNT while Dr. Livesey upscales from upwards 0.0248 tons. Both Misako and Livesey dealt with multiples and Misako had dealt with basically the lamest idea for Danmaku I've ever seen, but the thing is when handling multiples, Misako basically had to face them in combat and she's more or less seen going toe-to-toe with her foes. Dr. Livesey doesn't even need to TRY to face his opponents! He can just sit back and let his sword do the work for him!
For this match, the Tank Button would be restricted, but accessories are allowed for Misako. I say that because whereas Misako had taken on multiples, beat 'em up games normally don't make multiples gang up on the player, because stupid I guess. Dr. Livesey made a three-and-a-half against one match look like nothing. I'm afraid restricting accessories this time would mean Dr. Livesey steamrolls through Misako. Everything else should be fair game. (I mean how is 74.52 m/s and unable to use instinctive reactions gonna work against 29.78 with the ability to use instinctive reactions, eh?)
