What does Dr. Bright start with? If he pulls out the Atomic Revolver Gaster may just pull out the purple hand.

I dunno if what it does affects monsters though, since they are made out of magic and not biological matter. That immortality and Possesion/Mind Manipulations seems potent and troublesome for him, though.
