Dr. Wheelo is 10-C for losing to a average teen (by saiyan standards)'s special effects.
Turles is 10-C for losing to the energy of a tree and getting vastly stronger with ordinary fruits.
Lord Slug is 10-C for being a slug and being decimated by a red and yellow cheese man (obviously as strong as cheese) with no effort and a bunch of ghosts.
Cooler is 10-C for losing to a blonde.
Meta-Cooler is 10-C because mass-produced robots are obviously extremely weak and he lost to two blondes in their 30s.
Android 13 is 10-C for losing to a blonde and a bunch of non-corporeal ghosts/spiritual energy which are obviously weak.
