Lord Slug is 10-C for being a slug, beaten by cheese and whistling is a severe threat to him no matter what form.
Namekians in general are 10-C because they died because of air. To add insult to injury, It isn't because of poor breath. Freeza-Sama has perfect hygiene.

Undyne, Asgore and non-god tier undertale characters are just 9-C because they never showed anything beyond that and the power-scaling to deny that is absolutely ridiculous.

Hisoka is 9-C since their cards can kill people, he hasn't shown any bigger feat. This puts HxH verse at High 9-A peak via Post Rose Meruem.
