Our Touhou Project profiles are honestly wanked.

Though the youkai are superhuman, this is only to a limited degree, as they have been shown to be affected by far lesser stuff in the verse. This is the case for any humans too, who have very human limitation. Examples of such include Marisa being unable to cut off some vines by herself and being hurt by a tiger, fairies being killed by a lightning strike, Reimu being threatened by falling knives, and such.

All of their higher feats are vague statements or hax only, as it clearly isn't usable for combat. Seriously most of their feats are 9-B, and it's only via magic. And all the cases of people tanking magic is due to the spell card rules making them hold back.

Honestly the humans should be 10-A, 9-B via magic/bullets/whatever and Youkai be 9-B.

Don't get me started on the speed. A bullet from a ******* cheap ass 3D printed gun blitzes everyone, guns are consistently treated as impressive and we have statements that nothing can go faster than light. All those light thing are magic creation.
