Downgrading Doctor Stone 8B

My problem with this calculation involves the PSI it uses, using 20 PSI is only reserved for feats that cause severe damage/demolition to things like heavy reinforced buildings while from scans of the explosion we can see clearly that the explosion only has enough PSI behind it to fragment wood which would be around 1.8 - 6 PSI.

I've remade the calc to change it to 6 PSI since I think its better to just get everything done in one CRT. Could you guy's evaluate it ?
