I’m pretty clash royale characters have to be able to canonically harm each other. That’s the whole point of the game

Does this mean that they put a skeleton on the same level as a PEKKA?

No, they would prob Have the pekka be in a vastly different tier, as Pekkas are way above giants, and skeletons are fodder. Giants have city block level feats in CoC, and I’m pretty sure both games are canon to one another

This is what we call circular scaling. A lot of our profiles suffer from it, but people are actually trying to fix the issue at the very least. Though, when it comes to some other verses, using circular scaling is fine depending on the context (e.g. Protagonists from the second game of some video game series fighting the protagonists from the first game as bosses). If you have problems with the scaling on the Clash Royale profiles, you can always make a CRT about it.
