Hmm I think DoruGreymon's power nullification will help him a lot so i'm voting for Doru here.

Goku has the AP abd Mobility advantage here. DoruGreymon won't start will Power Null in character. However, all of Doru's attack will be hitting Goku's mind and soul and if puch comes to shove, later down tge line Doru can mind or soul control Goku.

That won't help. DoruGreymon is noted to be highly intelligent and as a Dragon Digimon, he is naturally a highly skilled fighter. Not to mention skill won't save you from mind and soul attacking metallic meteors or roars.

The thing is, a stomp happens when the opponent has no chance of winning. Goku has things that could grant him a win. DoruGreymon simply has better chances due to the nature of him being a Digimon against a Dragon Ball character.
Goku by far has the best mobility and the higher AP of the two. So if he were to keep a good distance away from the fluffy red dragon, he'd win over time. However, there is also the fact that DoruGreymon simply needs to get a couple hits in before Goku goes bye-bye.

Doesn't ki work on a mind and soul level in conjustion with a physical body strenthening it. I mean a huge part of gaining power in dragon ball stems from emotion, far more than just physical punches and kicks.
Not to mention Base Goku can resist pure Hakai energy that destroys on the soul and energy level. Also erases you across multiple timelines, containing multiple universes.
