Snowman is immortal himself through regen and can come back from mush, Doomsday will need to like comepletely eliminate him before he comes back

The Snowman has much better regen and is actually immortal, melting him isn't really going to do much as he'll just regenerate from it and come back even more stronger due to his rage boosts. He can also attempt to make an effort to freeze him to death

He'll have to do more than just rendering the snowman into a complete puddle which his immortality is going to cover that. Although I doubt the snowman is going to give doomsday the chance to completely melt him
