What's even the full context though, this statement doesn't mean anything by itself. How do they function? Do they create explosions that engulf the planet? Produces hazards that ruin the atmosphere?
Its also saying he's using an army of them to do so, so like its not even saying they can destroy the world in a AP only sense, he's just got some super army
