Plagarism in general is a serious violation of Fandom's TOS.

Practically:
If it's on Fandom, then as DDM said they would take serious issue with that.

If it's somewhere else, I highly doubt any of us would go out of our way to take any kind of legal action or make a huge fuss about it.

Also, what is even the point of making a new wiki if you're just going to copy this one anyway? Just use this one at that point. It's not like there's any money to be made here, we bleed it as far as I understand.

Ethically:
I'm sure there's some that would be upset by it, and plagiarism is generally considered a scummy thing in society.
