Does this qualified for acausality type 5

Let's say that a Cultivator stands at the top of this verse and Transcendence and beyond Concept of his verse, that includes causality also but since he has family and subordinates, he only interacts with whenever he want and if he doesn't want they can't find or interact even if he is stand beside them.

Can he get Acausality type 5 from this ?

You could probably give Han Jue selective acausality type 5. Considering he transcends and is unbound from the concept of causality. And people can't see or feel him when he wants to.
