Does this equal a Resistance

I cannot seem to find an answer to this.

So this is a type of feat that is very common within fiction. The feat is that a person is able to walk into place, whether it is a kingdom or building where time has been stopped. Everything else has been stopped from the initial time stop, yet said person(s) are able to walk in.

Does this grant a resistance to Time Stop, or is this similar to our void feats issue?

It depends, there are situations where the event is shown in a cinematic manner. Time doesn't stop on its own unless an unknown force or a character stops time.

In the situation I am bringing up, the entire area is frozen in time. Nothing about everyone who enters is stopped in time. The character can walk in just fine.

Is this a resistance or would this be discarded as a trope?

If it considered as something one single special character does as it is unique for him, then likely yes. If it is something that every character can do, then it should be discarded.
