Does higher dimensions in gurren lagann transcend lower dimensions?

You can find all the informations about Gurren Lagaan's cosmology in this blog.
But basically, the dimensions in GL works under the brane cosmology, which mean that higher dimension completely trivialise lower ones.
I suggest you to read the cosmology blog, it's really well done.
