Does having Large Size type 7(Galaxy level) guaranteas at least 3-C ap?

As the title says, I have a character calced to be large size type 7 but thanks to FTL bullshit and the fact they are a celestial body I can't get his KE nor GP(I think) so I wanted to know, being able to move at FTL speeds and being Large size type 7 would guarantea them to be at least galaxy level in AP/SS?

Isn't the galaxy only 5*10^17 km in size? How big is the galaxy? 9*10^24 would be galaxy size

oh, I trough the value in cm you used on your calc was km, I will need to remake the calc
damn I also interpreted the moon volume as It's lenght, I will have to remake the calc almost from scratch
