Are there any feats like that in there? I don’t remember any large scale fate manipulation other than the GOO stuff.

Fate Manip would just scale with the feats characters have. So, Angels would have 5D Fate Manip and Gods would have 11D. That’s it.

Mhm. Though, these levels are mostly for “hax range”. Their potencies are still relatively limited. Only like, GoF’s Final Judgment scales the full thing most likely.
