Does Explosions density increase?

I was wondering, with any explosion, whether they be standard or nuclear that radiates outward, does the density within explosions increase or decrease overtime As the explosion continues to spread away from it’s source?

The energy density or rather the kinetic energy output decreases the further away it gets from the surface area.

Okay, cool, thanks, though I have one more question in regards to explosions where density does increase instead of decrease, would that be something akin to comprehensive destruction values calculations?
