Density and Comprehensive Destruction Calculation?

I was wondering, with calculating something that is related to comprehensive destruction type explosion, the feat stats that the density within the explosion increases overtime and that things are destroyed down to a molecular level/smallest components.

when finding which level of destruction to use for calculation, does density usually have a factor in it?
