Does acid attack at cellular\atomic level?

The point of acid is that the low pH denatures proteins and causes them to come apart, losing their function.

It would probably work at the cellular level, but definitely not the atomic level.

I am sorry but i didnt understand what exactly acid do to cells, can you pls explain to me again?

When proteins (like in flesh) are exposed to acid, it breaks apart the acid-base bonds between the amino acids that make up tissue. Hence it would work on cellular and perhaps even on the molecular level, but not the atomic level.

Ok thanks you

I have another question,if someone able to regen from acid attacks is that basically mean he can regen from cellular attacks?

Depends on how much of their body was destroyed by the acid attack rather than the acid itself.
