I wan't to know the speed of a character from a light novel that can dodge machine gun-esque fire of light speed swords at close range.Someone in Narutoforums said that it should be atleast Relativistic or 0.9c

Here's the feat, Its from Campione!
The white-colored sun released thousands of [Swords]. It not only shot at the four cardinal directions but in all three hundred and sixty degrees at light speed.
The [Sword] passed through trees, traversed mountains, crossed rivers and plains, and returned to town once again. The white flash penetrated all walls and obstacles in its path, slicing apart all the monkeys who were the Great Sage's underlings
The sacred flashing light raced across the lands beneath the morning glow.
This swiftness was only possible due to the light speed weapon.
Creating formless blades for severing a god, these laser beams streaked across empty space at the speed of light.
The continuous attacks of complicated flashing lights displayed fierce momentum. However, it was far too unbelievable how all these attacks continued to miss Hikari's body by the frighteningly slimmest of margins. Standing on the golden cloud, flying and gliding in the air, the Great Sage used all sorts of techniques to evade Kusanagi Godou's attacks. Sometimes he did tricks in the air similar to stunt flying, while at other times he flew with all his strength, charging at maximum speed. To be able to dodge light speed attacks, it truly was god speed. In terms of pure speed, the swords of light should be faster actually

It's Godou's sword Authority merged with The White Stallion
It's not real light since it can pass through walls but I think it's speed should be comparable to real light since the author describe it as such every time the Sun fires Sword of Light and unlike other series like DxD where it is told from other characters perspective.Campione is told from 3rd persons perspective, the author is the one who is calling the attacks light speed.He keeps repeating that the beams of light are LS in the same paragraph and it's not just Speed of Light= lightning speed, in the LN when using the Raptor authority Godou's perception slows down so much that he can see lightnings in slow motion

Well having a description of close to light speed mean nothing bro... I mean at least I don't see how to judge that and I am not sure anyone else can because you can't just assume it's relativistic+ or relativistic or sub-relativistic... I mean the speed of those lasers is simply unquantifiable...

Well it came from the Sun and it streaked across space before reaching Earth

How about when Godou used his Raptor authority and Alec's god speed
Is this speed Massively Hypersonic or maybe higher?
At this moment, Godou awakened the power of the ferocious bird of prey that flew faster and higher than anything else -- the [Raptor]. Godou's body, senses and thought processes instantly accelerated, causing the surrounding world to decelerate in turn. The leaves and wooden debris blowing in the wind, the waves caused by the storm as well as the flashing lightning, everything seemed to be moving in slow motion from Godou's perspective.He could see everything and evade them all.
