Bec uses the Red Miles and Scratch is completely and utterly done for. Other than that, they have the same stats.

Red Miles only does multiversale damage and Scratch has Multiversale durability.Numbersguy said:

Bec Noir would probably take it, Doc Scratch was never really dangerous due to his fighting prowess but due to his intelligence.
